Windline Development, LLC was formed in April 2009, by wind industry veteran Sam Enfield. Sam has been involved with wind energy for more than 30 years, and with the development and marketing of wind projects for 25 years. His development work has been in areas across the continental United States, including the Pacific Northwest, California, Texas, the northern and southern Great Plains, the Upper Midwest, and the Mid-Atlantic states. Sam also brings this skill set to bear in support of development partners. Sam is serving in his eighth year as a member of the Board of the American Wind Energy Association, having served one year as Chairman of AWEA’s Legislative Committee and one year as AWEA’s President. He currently serves as Chairman of AWEA’s Siting and Environmental Compliance Committee.
