Windline’s business is in assisting wind energy project developers in securing cost-effective financing for their development efforts. Windline Development, LLC was formed in April 2009, by wind industry veteran Sam Enfield. Sam has been involved with wind energy for more than 22 years, and with the development and marketing of wind projects for more than 16 years. His development work has been in areas across the continental United States, including the Pacific Northwest, California, Texas, the Great Plains and Upper Midwest, and the Mid-Atlantic states. Sam also brings this skill set to bear in support of development partners. Sam served on the Board of the American Wind Energy Association for four years, including one year as AWEA’s President, one year as Chairman of AWEA’s Legislative Committee, and two years as Chairman of AWEA’s Siting Committee. He is actively participating in the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Wind Turbine Guidelines Advisory Committee. |
